We support shelters, rescues and foster families to enrich dogs’ shelter life experience and help dogs become more adoptable so they can find “forever homes”.    

Friends of Ashland County Dogs (FOACD) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit  organization founded in late 2025 dedicated to improving the quality of life for shelter and rescue dogs.
